Managing main user access

Step 1: Navigate to Operational Users, in the Setup section.

Step 2: Click the Edit Teams/ Email Reports/ Repositories Access for Main User button.

Step 3: To provide the main user access to view reports for specific teams, click on the toggle for Visible in Reports for the respective teams (click Toggle Reports to provide the main user access to view all teams' reports).

To provide the main user access to email reports for specific teams, click on the toggle for Receive Email Reports for the respective teams (click Toggle Emails to provide the main user access to all teams' email reports).

To provide the main user access to repository stats in Waydev, click on the toggle for Visible in Reports for the respective repositories (click Toggle Repositories to provide the main user access to all repositories' stats).

Managing secondary/SSO users access

Step 1: Navigate to Operational Users, in the Setup section.

Step 2: Click on the Lock icon, corresponding to the user you want to manage access for.

Step 3: To provide users access to view reports for specific teams, click on the toggle for Visible in Waydev for the respective teams (click Toggle All Visible to provide users access to view all teams' reports).

To provide users access to email reports for specific teams, click on the toggle for Receive Email Reports for the respective teams (click Toggle All Emails to provide users access to all teams' email reports).

To provide users access to repository stats in Waydev, click on the toggle for Visible in Waydev for the respective repositories (click Toggle All Repositories to provide users access to all repositories' stats).

Managing multiple secondary/SSO users access at once

Step 1: Navigate to Operational Users, in the Setup section.

Step 2: Check the boxes according to the users you want to manage access for, then click the Edit Teams/ Email Reports/ Repositories Access for Selected Secondary Users button.

Step 3: To provide users access to view reports for specific teams, click on the toggle for Visible in Waydev for the respective teams (click Toggle All Visible to provide users access to view all teams' reports).

To provide users access to email reports for specific teams, click on the toggle for Receive Email Reports for the respective teams (click Toggle All Emails to provide users access to all teams' email reports).

To provide users access to repository stats in Waydev, click on the toggle for Visible in Waydev for the respective repositories (click Toggle All Repositories to provide users access to all repositories' stats).

NOTE: This configuration will affect all selected users.
