The AI Agent can help you track your progress for the metrics you're interested in, and it can be set for both AI Prediction Modes:

Optimistic: A best-case scenario that predicts how your metrics could improve if significant changes are made to the workflow.
Realistic: A grounded scenario that forecasts achievable improvements based on moderate adjustments with minimal disruption.

To deploy the agent, click the Deploy Agent button.

The dropdown tab will show the recommended configuration and its reasoning. Click the Deploy Agent button, and the monitoring agent is ready.

After the AI Agent starts, you can configure or stop it. The agent also shows the average success rate among the teams included in the calculation.

Clicking Configure will open a modal with the agents for each team. You have two options for the agents enabled:

Overwrite: Update the current agent configurations with the recommended configurations only for an individual team.
Disable: Delete the AI Monitoring agent for the individual team.
