Include new organization's contributors
Login → Go to Setup Section
If you need to include a new employee on the platform, please follow these steps:
- Enable processing for the repositories and ticket projects to which they will contribute.
- This is because we only store profiles based on activities found in the repositories/tickets we process.
- Docs: Manage Repositories
- Docs: Configure Ticket Projects
- Wait for them to have at least one commit, one merged pull request, and one ticket assigned.
- In Waydev, we only store profiles that have associated activities.
- After 24 hours, you should find their profiles in Setup > Teams Management > Contributors tab.
- Merge their profiles to create one unique contributor (Docs: Merge Profiles).
- Afterward, you can include them in metrics and teams (Docs: Manage Contributors).
