Include new organization's contributors

If there is a new employee in your company and you want to include them on the platform, please consider the following steps:

  1. Make sure you've enabled processing for the repositories and ticket projects that they will contribute to.
  2. Wait for them to have at least one commit, one merged pull request, and one ticket assigned.
    • That's because in Waydev, we only store profiles that have activities.
  3. After 24 hours, you should find their profiles in Setup > Teams Management > Contributors tab.
  4. Merge their profiles to create one unique contributor (Docs: Merge Profiles).
  5. Afterwards, you can include them in metrics and teams (Docs: Manage Contributors).
