Include new organization's contributors

If you need to include a new employee on the platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Enable processing for the repositories and ticket projects to which they will contribute.
  2. Wait for them to have at least one commit, one merged pull request, and one ticket assigned.
    • In Waydev, we only store profiles that have associated activities.
  3. After 24 hours, you should find their profiles in Setup > Teams Management > Contributors tab.
  4. Merge their profiles to create one unique contributor (Docs: Merge Profiles).
  5. Afterward, you can include them in metrics and teams (Docs: Manage Contributors).
