Interpretation
- Low Values (0–20%) - show that most pull requests are approved on the first review, which suggests high initial code quality, clear requirements, effective communication, and strong coding standards. However, this could also indicate rushed reviews or a lack of constructive feedback.
- Medium Values (20–50%) - represent a healthy balance between efficiency and quality. This range typically reflects a normal review process with useful feedback, learning opportunities, and appropriate review depth. Trends and consistency should be monitored.
- High Values (>50%) - raise concerns, as most pull requests require multiple iterations. This may point to low initial code quality, vague requirements, poor developer preparation, inconsistent review expectations, or communication issues.
