Untracked Tickets

This metric distinguishes between tickets that are explicitly tracked in the project management system and those that are not tracked (work done outside the formal tracking system).

Where to find it

  • Health > Team Management > Add new metric
  • Health > Benchmark > Add new metric

Interpretation

  • High Untracked Tickets may indicate poor project management practices, reduced visibility into work, difficulty in capacity planning, potential work falling through cracks & inaccurate project reporting.
  • Ideal Distribution: high percentage of tracked tickets with minimal untracked work.
