Interpretation

  • Low Values (0–2 comments per PR) - suggest a fast and efficient review process, but may also point to superficial reviews or low engagement. It’s important to verify that review quality and team participation remain high.
  • Medium Values (3–8 comments per PR) - reflect a healthy balance between reviewer engagement and efficiency. This is typical for well-functioning teams, but consistency and quality should still be monitored.
  • High Values (9+ comments per PR) - indicate a very thorough review process with active discussion. However, high comment counts may also signal complex or unclear code. It’s worth checking if this correlates with code quality issues.
