Tracked Tickets

This metric distinguishes between tickets that are explicitly tracked in the project management system and those that are not tracked (work done outside the formal tracking system).

Where to find it

  • Health > Team Management > Add new metric
  • Health > Benchmark > Add new metric

Interpretation

  • High Tracked Tickets indicates good project management practices, better visibility into work progress, improved capacity planning, better stakeholder communication & more accurate reporting.
  • Ensure tracking doesn't become bureaucratic overhead.
