Tracked Tickets
This metric distinguishes between tickets that are explicitly tracked in the project management system and those that are not tracked (work done outside the formal tracking system).

- Health > Team Management > Add new metric
- Health > Benchmark > Add new metric
Interpretation
- High Tracked Tickets indicates good project management practices, better visibility into work progress, improved capacity planning, better stakeholder communication & more accurate reporting.
- Ensure tracking doesn't become bureaucratic overhead.
