Touched Tickets

Touched Tickets is a count metric that measures the total number of tickets that were touched or interacted with in a given time period across selected project management (PM) projects.

  • Health > Bird's-eye view
  • Delivery > Sprints Commitment
  • Health > Benchmark > Add new metric

Interpretation

  • High Tickets count indicates active project management and development activity, shows high engagement with project management processes and good tracking of work items. Ensure ticket quality and meaningful categorization.
  • Low Tickets count may indicate poor project management practices, potential lack of work tracking, difficulty in project planning and estimation and reduced visibility into development activities
