Interpretation

  • High Unplanned Tickets may indicate poor planning or high incident rates, reduced predictability, potential capacity issues, increased stress on team & difficulty in meeting commitments.
  • A Balanced Distribution is ideal - majority of tickets are planned with some flexibility for unplanned work.
