Unplanned Tickets
This metric tracks unplanned tickets (emergency work, bugs, or ad-hoc requests).
They represent tickets included in the sprint after the sprint has already started.

- Health > Benchmark > Add new metric
Interpretation
- High Unplanned Tickets may indicate poor planning or high incident rates, reduced predictability, potential capacity issues, increased stress on team & difficulty in meeting commitments.
- A Balanced Distribution is ideal - majority of tickets are planned with some flexibility for unplanned work.
