Missing contributors

If a specific contributor profile is missing, there are two main reasons for this:

• the contributor had no contributions among the repositories/ticket projects you selected - we only save profiles whenever we find a contribution (commit, PR, ticket) for that contributor;
• it is incorrectly merged with another contributor. To verify this do the following:

1. Go to Settings-> Data Check and search for a commit made by that contributor.

2. There, you will see the contributor's profile that made the commit and the main profile with which it is merged.

3. Find the main profile in Teams Management and detach the missing contributor from it. To do that navigate to Teams Management in the Setup section and search for the main profile. Once found, click the edit button to see all contributors merged under that name.

4. In the edit modal, find the contributor profile merged incorrectly and click Detach.
