Interpretation
- Low Values (0–2 comments per PR) - indicate a fast and efficient review process, but may also suggest superficial reviews or low engagement. It’s important to consider whether reviewers are being thorough, if the code is truly high quality, or if there’s hesitation to provide feedback.
- Medium Values (3–8 comments per PR) - reflect a healthy balance between engagement and efficiency. This range is typical for well-functioning teams and suggests active participation in the review process.
- High Values (9+ comments per PR) - show a very thorough review process, which can be positive, but might also point to complex or low-quality code, inexperienced contributors, or an overly critical review culture.
