Moderate (8–24 hours) - acceptable for thorough reviews, especially with complex changes. Ensure it doesn’t delay urgent work.
Slow (24–72 hours) - may reflect process inefficiencies, limited reviewer availability, or communication issues. Investigate and address bottlenecks.
Very Slow (> 72 hours) - a serious concern, likely due to major workflow or staffing issues. Requires immediate process evaluation and improvement.
