Interpretation

• Low Values - minimal reviewer engagement. Possible Issues: rubber-stamping reviews (approving without thorough review), insufficient reviewer feedback, code quality issues going unnoticed, lack of knowledge sharing. Investigate review quality and reviewer engagement.
• Medium Values - reasonable level of reviewer engagement, common for well-functioning teams. Good balance between thoroughness and efficiency. Monitor for consistency and quality of comments.
• High Values - very active reviewer engagement, thorough code review process, active knowledge sharing, high code quality standards, strong team collaboration. May indicate overly complex code changes, could slow down development velocity or might suggest unclear requirements or poor initial code quality.
