Total Time: PRs Create → Comment
The total amount of time (in seconds) that all pull requests took from when they were first created until someone left the very first comment on them.
Interpretation
- Low Values (e.g., < 2 hours / PR) indicates ery responsive team engagement, an active review culture and quick feedback but may also indicate rushed or superficial comments. Verify comment quality and depth.
- Medium Values (e.g., 2-8 hours / PR) is a reasonable response time for most teams, common for well-functioning development. Good balance between speed and thoughtful review. Monitor for consistency and team workload.
- High Values (e.g., > 8 hours / PR) - slow initial engagement may indicate: too few reviewers available, team overload or capacity issues, process inefficiencies, communication problems or time zone coordination issues.
