Interpretation
- Stuck Tickets may be blocked by specific impediments such as dependencies (waiting for other tickets or external systems), blockers (technical or business impediments), resource constraints (missing skills, tools, or approvals), external dependencies (3rd party integrations or approvals) or technical debt (blocked by legacy system issues).
