Stuck Tickets is a count metric that measures the number of tickets that are blocked or impeded from progressing due to specific issues or dependencies in the project management system.

Where to find it

  • Delivery > Sprints Commitment
  • Health > Team Management > Add new metric

Interpretation

  • Stuck Tickets may be blocked by specific impediments such as dependencies (waiting for other tickets or external systems), blockers (technical or business impediments), resource constraints (missing skills, tools, or approvals), external dependencies (3rd party integrations or approvals) or technical debt (blocked by legacy system issues).
